All work performed was completed in a very reasonable time of about three days. I was kept informed of what was being done and approximately how long it would take, which was extremely accurate. The work done in the bathroom in removing the tile countertop involved electric tools and lots of chipping, etc., but Tony vacuumed and cleaned as he worked so that the room was In good shape throughout the process. Whether he was drilling holes to hang the curtain rods or cutting wires as part of the installation of the ceiling fans, he tidied the areas as he worked and of course once he finished. He was constantly working without downtime even during one very long day of 10 plus hours. Everything installed still works perfectly and repairs are still repaired. I wouldn't call anyone else to work in my home even if I had to wait weeks for this company's service. That's how much I appreciate the work performed, professionalism exhibited and results obtained.

I took advantage of one of the Angie's List offers for discounted service- had gutters replaced on my house.  The estimator, Steve, was  courteous and professional.  After he made the initial estimate, his office determined that I'd need a different (and slightly more expensive) gutter, he notified me of this immediately & explained why it was necessary.    I had to call their office, once, to ask questions about my paperwork.  Staff was helpful and courteous.    The work was performed on the date that was specified.  No trash or rubbish was left behind, and no damage appeared to have been incurred to the premises.     I had a 'covered' gutter installed, to keep leaves out of the system.  Haven't had any discernible problem with this.            Homemasters offered financing through a local bank- and I've had positive interactions with this bank, as well.

I wrote back to him with questions, about the work he was recommending, which he initially responded to in clear detail. When I contacted him later in the year about doing some of the recommended work, he did not get back to me. This was puzzling. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Everything went alright. It wasn't perfect.

They were very quick (an hour or two total), and did not use any toxic chemicals. They arrived on time and were very professional. The result was perfect. Would definitely use them again. We had a small billing issue to deal with, but it eventually got resolved.

The Homemasters crew arrived on time.  Their team lead was friendly and  professional.  The team did a wonderful job in a timely manner and reviewed the work with me upon completion.  I highly recommend Homemasters.

The crew (two men) arrived on time, did the work and provided an estimate for additional work (gutter replacement.)  The job was done properly and they cleaned up after themselves.

My son had cleaned the gutters in August, but it was clear that the downspouts needed unclogging. Saw the Big Deal and called them. The service date was out there a bit, but probably normal for the industry. They came with no fuss and bother and cleaned the gutters thoroughly. More importantly, they unclogged the downspouts, which proved to be a much larger task than I had suspected. Butt they did a thorough job. We have had a bit of rain since then, and the gutters and downspouts worked flawlessly. What is more, we have been having problems with the drainage between our house roof and a small gazebo-like structure that almost abuts the house. THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM! A Thorough Job indeed! The partial blockage had been causing the problem and others had missed this in the past. Highly recommend.

In December of 2011 we had Homemasters clean our roof and gutters and apply zinc powder to the roof to kill moss.  This year (2012) we requested that they phone us on November 12 so that we could schedule the service again for December when the leaves were all down, but without the zinc, because the zinc run-off left a line of killed plants all along the dripline on the peaked side of the roof (the area without gutters).  My husband was told that "no zinc" would be written on our order. This morning--November 12--we returned home to find that Homemasters had come and done the service, including putting zinc powder on the roof when they were asked not to, and without phoning us to schedule a day or time.  Now, because they came and performed the service without even calling first, we have had to put tarps over our plants along the dripline to try to protect the plants, and we will also have to pay to have another service (not Homemasters, obviously) come and clean the roof and gutters again after all the leaves have fallen. This unpleasant (and expensive, for us) situation could easily have been avoided by this company calling us to schedule their visit, and being attentive to the problem with the zinc powder. We do not know how much we will be charged for this service, because they did not leave a bill, but of course we will pay for it, since it was work performed, even if not when we wanted it and using the zinc powder, which is no doubt fine for some homes, but not for ours.
