They recommended anchors for the roof because of steepness and that was a very good idea.  They didn't clean, or offer to clean, the skylights which are hard to get to and they were already up there.  They could have been better on that.

Excellent and first class work done by a really professional crew.  Gutters went up first; done in a day.  Roof was then replaced; done in 3 days and the end product looks beautiful. They cleaned up every nail  and debris.  Were very quiet and polite.  A very professional company!

Overall it was ok.  I felt like the two men who did the work spent quite a lot of time just sitting and talking.  I know it is hard work.  The roof looked much better when completed.  Not all the moss was removed from the shingles, but most of it was.

Basic service was ok.  Promised follow-up was not done.  Comments were made regarding areas of roof that may need further/other attention; a quote was requested and never provided.  Nor any reason given.

To ensure that any coupons purchased are appropriate for the job intended, we first schedule an appointment for one of our representatives to inspect the home and review the work that is to be completed. While the service for the arrangements was fast and friendly, the actual installation was done poorly. Then after I had to re-place the barrels so they sat evenly and well secured, one began to leak quite badly as soon as the rains came. I called to tell them they needed to repair or replace the barrel, and was told that those barrels were sold as-is, and the "they can leak sometimes." What!? Then why sell them install them?!  I was really shocked by this, and more so when there was no offer to help, refund, repair, or do anything about it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
