First, the pros: Homemaster scheduled my roof replacement quicker than was originally set up, which meant the roof was replaced before bad winter weather set in. We are pleased with the quality of the finished roof and new gutters. Pricing was competitive. The crew installed a chimney cover I had purchesed at Home Depot, without extra charge (I did tip the crew leader). Cons: Cleanup was OK, but not perfect. Found pieces of old roof on ground, and a ledge with debris was missed. The crew failed to cover my outdoor A/C compressor, which got lots of debris inside it. The crew blew out the debris as best they could, and the A/C seemed to work OK, although the big test won't come until next summer. When the skylights were replaced, dirt fell into the house in our entrance hallway and bathrooms.We got no notice ahead of time that dirt would come into the house. The main problem was the dirt and debris that fell onto our attic storage area when the old roof was torn off. Items we store there, including electronics, photos, documents and keepsakes, were covered with dirt. We didn't notice this until we went into the attic for Christmas decorations in December. The debris inside our house could have been prevented if we had received notice from the crew that that would happen, and we could have placed tarps under the roof areas that caused debris during tearoff. Then we could have just removed the tarps and cleaned them off. Because we didn't get notice, we have to clean each attic storage item and the attic flooring area.

Cleaned all of our gutters and blew debris off of the roof. Very punctual and professional.

They arrived early and got right to work. I ran some errands and my wife was home. She was surprised when they were done in less than 30 minutes, but even more surprised when they did not let her know they were done. They simply took off. I trust that the work was completed but cannot tell, it's too high up. If evidence of the work not being completed shows up in the coming spring rains, I'll be sure to contact them and Angie's.

I made the appointment in October and they didn't arrive until December 15th....need I say more? The work was completed to my satisfaction but I would never have taken the deal had I realized the long wait for the work to be done.
