They did a good job and the gutter no longer leaks. They also did extra work for us. They cleaned of the moss on our roof and I feel like they did a really good job with that as well. They also cleaned up well after they were done. I also feel like I got a good deal on the work.

Don from Sale was very nice to work with. He came out and reviewed the work, gave us a good estimate of repairs that needed done, and told us he would be watching the weather forecast to schedule the job during sunny days.  Next day he called us and scheduled the work based on the forecast. The job was completed within 2 weeks of ordering off Angie's list.  Initially, Don thought the job could be completed in 2 days.  Some damaged plywood and facia was discovered upon removal of the old roof.  The entire job took only 3-1/2 days and the weather cooperated.  During the work Don followed up with us a couple of times.  The crew was friendly, hard workers, and on time daily. They did a great job of cleaning up during and after the project. We are very pleased with the work performed and impressed with Don and the crew's outstanding professionalism. There was fantastic communication between Don , Steve, and the crew about necessary repairs and time schedules.  Every company should function like Homemasters. The job was completed on 3/15/14.  Homemasters provides a wonderful warranty on labor (20 years) and the roofing materials (30 years).  We have had a few small things come up since the repair--gutters adjustment, and two leaking skylights for a total of 3 after-job visits.  Steve from the office had someone out here next day (once, same day) to follow up.  The work was completed promptly and the repairs were correct.  I really appreciate their responsiveness. They were quick to respond even though the crews were on other jobs.  They made sure someone came to take care of the problems.  Good company.

Despite some hiccups, they were able to repair some leaks that several other handymen had not been able to successfully fix.

It did take a long time to schedule the appointment, but they were on time. The service went really well. They cleaned out the gutters and dumped some of the debris on our deck. They did not clean it up which my husband did not appreciate. They did not try to sell us any additional services and honored the price I paid for the deal.
