I've been very happy with them. They do really quality work.
Very poorly. Â They oversprayed or, with some wind, their cleaning chemical product landed on and dripped all over our gutters and windows. Â My husband was unable to remove it, even trying several products. Â Besides which, he's 61 and we have very high windows--he should not have been expected to climb 20-ft. ladders to clean Homemasters' workers' mess. Â When we reported this to Homemasters, we received a voice mail which basically said "Sorry, not our problem". Â When I pursued it further by phone, the gentlemen requested pictures, which I provided immediately. Â He said he could not even be sure that it was from them, but did ask for pictures to pursue it with their supplier. Â Over several weeks, I e-mailed 2-3 times, with no response. Â Somewhere during this time,I offered to have a local window cleaning company clean the windows and forward the invoice to Homemasters--no response. Â I again e-mailed that unless I heard from them (payment for local window-cleaners, for which I provided an invoice) within 2 weeks, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. Â No response. Â I gave them an extra week, and was just about to report them to the Bureau when they did call me. Â They did ultimately pay for our local window cleaners. Â Unfortunately, we had paid so much attention to the mess on the windows that we didn't notice how much was also all over our gutters. Â We wish we had had the gutters cleaned also and asked Homemasters to reimburse for that part of their mess also, but we did not. Â I cannot imagine they'd be particularly cooperative (given their past responses), so we'll not even bother trying to communicate with them about it. Â So we still have their mess on our gutters, but at least they ultimately reimbursed for the window-cleaning. Â Took months, though. Â Very sloppy workers, very poor Customer Service, very poor business practice. Â Highly recommend AGAINST them.

It was a good experience with Homemasters. They were prompt and thorough. I would recommend them for roof cleaning because of the price and good service.

We were very impressed and satisfied with the person HomeMasters sent out. Hector really knows about roofing and what do to fix them. We were in a panic when we saw water running down our stairs, stains on the ceiling, and a week of rain in the forecast.  The fact that HomeMaster's employee showed up 1/2 hour earlier than the  appointment, and that they made us an appointment at 10 pm on a Sunday night was pretty cool. We slept a lot better.  The temporary patch was well done, and the final repair has held well so far.
