Unfortunately, after an initial estimate was given, once the work was started, we were notified that the original estimate and scope was too low, and there would be an additional charge for our roofing. Needless to say, we weren't really happy that it wasn't scoped properly to begin with. The initial contact and estimate was made without anyone actually going on the roof, so I'd definitely recommend a more thorough estimate process so there are no surprises later.  Once the work was done, the roof and gutters look great. We have had to call them back twice, however, for gutters that were leaking during heavy rain. They've done the work effectively and with no questions, so we appreciated that. And even though replacing a roof is a messy job, I wasn't super-impressed with their clean-up. 8 months later, we're still finding nails and pieces of scrap wood throughout our yard that weren't entirely cleaned up.

The service turned out well. They did exactly what the deal stated. He tried to sell me a roof but I was not yet ready for that. The technicians did a nice job with the cleanup and scheduling was easy.

We were very happy with their handyman work. They do roofs, gutters and handyman work. We had them come out a year ago and did handyman work. They did give a bid on the roof but, we did not have enough to it. We were pleased with all of their employees. The people in the office, estimator and the worker was fabulous. We bought a big deal from Angie's List. The work was impeccable and we would hire them for handyman work. They are high on roofing.

He was on time, did the job with no fuss, and the moss hasn't grown back yet.

Everything was fine. There were additional fees because our roof was bigger than the Big Deal covered.

We bought the Angie's List Big Deal, and called Homemasters.    The appointment was easily made, and they came out and did a good job.   We would use them again.
