After we worked through the scheduling difficulties, it went well.  B+ overall.  This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future.  I wasn't home to see the work but I haven't had any issues since then.

Excellent service.  Excellent product.  Knew their product well.  Contacted with follow up.  Performed the work precisely how and when they said they would.  Excellent working crews, communication and care to exceptional quality.  HomeMasters did exactly what was ordered and was impeccable with thier quality of service in all aspects from start to finish.  Special thanks to Doug Walhood who continually made sure all aspects of the work was perfomed as agreed upon and followed up with every detail.  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First this company postponed our date of service a week.  They came out and took off the roof and put a new one on.  There was some concern of some dry root on the chimney siding so we asked them to repair that and the chimney was leaning as we were told so we had them reinforce it.  This started back on March 12, 2014.  On March 19th we told them of the damages they had done to our gutters and trim on the house while they were replacing the roof.  It took us a while to get them to schedule people to come out and finish the chimney needs and to get things done and it repainted.  I had to keep sending them emails over and over again to Gary who always said, "he would get on it."  WELL DON'T COUNT ON GARY TO GET THE JOB DONE!  They has since sent us a bill for the other repairs and we have paid them for the roof.  We are holding off paying them the balance of nearly $400 because they have NOT STRAIGHTED OUT OUR DENTED GUTTERS, OR REPAINTED THEM AND THE TRIM THEY DAMAGED.  My last email to Gary was on 5/12/2014 of which he said he would get right on it!!  They even had these things listed on the final bill of work they have NOT COMPLETED. IF YOU ARE SMART, YOU WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.  We still have some pop ups on our roof of which they said the heat over the summer will lay those tiles down.  At the ends of the roof the tiles curl upward.  Not happy with this look.

The provider arrived on time and set up his equipment. It was a pretty noisy and messy job, but that's to be expected.  They cleaned off the roof with a power washer, which caused a lot of moss to come off, but they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. They also washed off my neighbor's house and garage, which got dirty during the cleaning process.  Great work for a great price, and the roof is doing well!

1. Slow responses to initial contact. I had to buy the Angie list coupon then they couldn't schedule the job for weeks and had already paid. Poor calling back to my calls. Very nice on the phone. 2. Inspector came out prior to service. Very friendly. Then tried to sell me up.  Wanted to install $100 worth of roof mounts for his crew. I had to refuse and then almost cancelled the order when he might have suggested it was a "safety" issue. For who? Not me. So I told him to cancel it if it was unsafe.  Needless to say he did not cancel. Then he wanted to charge an additional $100 for my garage roof which was detached. My house is pretty small and I thought this was rip off too. I agreed to it since I was anxious to get the job done. The "salesman" was very nice. 3. I was pretty annoyed when he told me they actually give anybody the VIP special pricing I bought from Angie's List. In other words, I would not have tied up my money if I had called directly. And basically, that means that all their listed prices are BOGUS because they give there discounts to everyone. I DON'T LIKE FAKE COUPONS AND HAVING TO PREBUY COUPONS on Angie's list. I am sure Angie agrees with me.  4. The job took forever to schedule but the crew of two showed up right on time and were very nice. They did a decent job and did a great job cleaning up. All in all, the job was satisfactory but scheduling, communication and sales pitch were unnecessary parts of the process. Since this was my first need for this service, I might try someone else next time so I can make a better comparison.
