"Douglas was incredible. We had a very complex situation where mold was building up due to a building-wide floor. Douglas did the entire test, all swabs, air tests completely on his own without us even in the unit because we were out of town when the incident happened. The responsiveness, care, diligence, and even going above and beyond when dealing with insurance has been incredible. I will always put my faith in Douglas' work at Debb mold. After we worked with him, we had a lot of other residents at a very prominent high rise residential building also call him to get mold testing performed. He got my results back within 1.5 business days, perfectly documented. We are relying on this report for court, to explain damages, and the condition in our unit. Mold tests are not the place to cut corners, and Douglas makes sure everything is done perfectly. 100% highly recommend!"
