The provider been the person that knows about the whole concept of this. She should have explained to me in the first place. I did not know there were 3 steps, it was not explained to me The provider should be upfront with the steps and the price of the 3 steps and not just the initial step. Now she is talking about a lot more money that I cannot afford. If she told me this on the fist place i would have chosen a cheaper alternative.

Originally I gave a low review due to a delay in getting the report, as it happened it was sent to the wrong email. All is well that ends well. I got immediate help from Tatiana and she also helped in remediating the situation by suggesting ways to get rid of the problem. Very satisfied.
