it cost 950$ for them to take air samles and then the resuts were no mold the 900$ was abusive

Mr. LoCascio promptly called me after receiving Angi's referral and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. He notified me to let me know his would be a few minutes late. Once on site, he explained the procedure of collections and next steps. The data was submitted and the analytical report was received and in my hands in less than 48 hours. While there was not a significant issue, I did reach out for some clarification and Mr. LoCascio is providing that. Mr. LoCascio was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. Costs were in-line with other companies contacted. I would not hesitate to recommend his company for your home inspection.

We had a water heater leak that flooded our mother's condo (it was an estate), and after cleanup, we needed a reality check on the mold levels so that we could put the condo up for sale. Ron from Hurricane Disaster Masters came to our rescue with a top-notch investigation of the premises, including extensive lab results. He ascertained that there was no mold problem and we are now able to put the condo up for sale, which was a huge relief! I would not hesitate to use Ron anytime I need a reliable mold evaluation.
