He never once said he was closed and it was after hours. He arrived with modern technology. He used a drone to find the problem and went up top to do a physical inspection. The price was right and not once did he appear up set due to after hours. No rush took his time and explained the problem. There was a leak in the roof as well as the a/c. I was welled pleased.
