Joe did an outstanding job of inspecting a residence we were in the process of buying. His response time and time to prepare the report was within one day or our request for service. Mr. Winn was very professional, arrived on time as agreed upon, the report was delivered as quoted on time and accurate! I wish had used Champion Home Inspectors prior to purchasing this home! Based on the inspection report I have plenty of repairs that require professional personnel if I would like to remain in the home or have any hopes of selling the property. I called Mr. Winn (Chamion) after hours due to a leak from rain. I knew he was closed but upon answering I explained I need a inspection now due to rain. He never once said he was closed and it was after hours. He arrived with modern technology. He used a drone to find the problem and went up top to do a physical inspection. The price was right and not once did he appear up set due to after hours. No rush took his time and explained the problem. There was a leak in the roof as well as the a/c. I was welled pleased. He is a true champion. Give him a try you will not be disappointed.
