"Would recommend them highly. The project involved painting our tired oak kitchen cabinets, and a less than perfect job could have been a disaster. But the result was everything we expected, and Lupe and his assistant always arrived on time with a great attitude. The job was quoted at a flat price and was intended to finish on a Friday, but ran over. We never had a sense that they were sacrificing the quality of their work to rush the project to completion. Many would have said "See you on Monday," but they gave up their weekend to finish for us as soon as possible to minimize the disruption for our family. In short, everything you hope for in a contractor."

"Omar Home improvement was hired for a remodel project at my home. I had already spoken with two other Remodel Contractors, and they just didn't seem to be the right fit. He explained what the processes involved were and gave me a good estimate. The work was done efficiently with no issues or problems. I will use his services again in the future if necessary, and will recommend Omar Home Improvement to others.."

"Using a clearly written contract defining the scope of work in detail made the job go very smoothly. Carlos kept to the scope completed the work according to the draw schedule and was completed in a timely manner. The only delay was not on his part but due to delay in delivery of cabinets. The finished project was exactly as planned and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was completed as proposed. The scope included kitchen demolition and remodel, expanding a wall opening, remodeling a bathroom including tile bathtub surround, relocation and construction of washer dryer enclosure, and total interior repaint. I would use Carlos again for similar work."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
