Didn't get to -see- the work, so, I cannot judge the work -quality-. Didn't get to shop a lot, and I don't know or understand the pricing models in this industry, so it is difficult for me to judge value for money. (I can say that the tasks seemed rather small to me -- I could have done them all myself if I'd had the time -- so when I add up trip cost plus time to investigate plus time to fix plus time to verify ... and apply a rate ... I was quite surprised by the size of the total bill.) Customer service really was -superb-. I'm glad I hired this company.

Kudos to Beacon and Jimmy P, who installed a large chandelier in my foyer. Very professional and courteous and not overpriced. Jimmy had all the tools to finish the job without delay and he definitely knew his craft very well. Definitely will recommend Beacons to my friends and will seek them first on future projects!!!
