Very well!! Milton came over Thursday to assess the requested jobs and quoted me a price. He and Danny arrived early Friday morning; Danny began with the counter lights in kitchen and Milton with the ceiling lights. My condo building is 60+ years old and the wall intended for the light switch for the ceiling lights turned out to be a bit of a problem, as the wall was concrete and load-bearing and he could not put a new light switch in flush with the wall, but he figured out a compromise that worked for me. He always made sure to involve me in any issues or questions (such as the intensity of the counter lights, or including a dimmer). I'm very happy now with the lighting in my small condo kitchen. And also with the "spot" lights over the bookcase. ALL of this was done in less than 4 hours, and that includes Milton popping out to go to an electrical supply store for some unexpected items. They did a nice clean-up job too. I will be sure to use Beacon again for any additional electrical work.

My husband was totally awed with Mr. Friday when he came for the estimate. He answered all Mike's questions before he had to ask! He even asked that Mr. Friday do the work himself. Mr. Friday arrived when scheduled, replaced and repaired all the outlets and sockets and when a breaker problem was discovered he installed a temporary fix and arrived early the next morning and installed the new one. Everything went smoothly. We are thrilled to have our problems fixed.

It went well, they came out the same day and the electrician, Sammy, who came out was excellent and was very thorough. When they provided the invoice they charged me a trip charge but Sammy called and they reversed it.

Beacon Electrical did an excellent job of educating me on my options and patiently answered my questions. They worked with me on the price and Katie did a great job of scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed. Will and Andre performed the work in a professional and friendly manner as well. After having a bad experience with another contractor, I was very happy with the entire process.

Beacon (Milton was the electrician they sent) was excellent. He was punctual, did excellent work, and went well beyond my expectations for customer service. Courteous, hard working, and highly professional, Milton was a perfectionist in his work. This ethos of strong customer service was also reflected by additional folks who worked for Beacon who set up the appointments and who checked back with me as part of their quality control efforts.
