Tyriece was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything really well and provided an even better solution to my issue than I expected in order to help prevent future problems. The work was a bit more costly than I expected, but the peace of mind and confidence in the workmanship was worth it.

Very well-however, there was some sticker shock involved in the price; I guess that's the difference between having a bonded electrician versus a handyman working on the ceiling fan-the cost of the bonded electrician was perhaps twice that of the "I got from handymen/women. The price of the simple installation a year ago before the fan stopped working was half what I paid today. I have to say it was worth the price! But pricey it was-if you are on a very tight budget, this might not be the way to go. But if you want real quality it is the way to go!

Recommendation after analyzing the low pressure on kitchen faucet was to replace the entire faucet. We went with the recommendation at a very high price point. After installation, we were able to repair the existing faucet for fracture of the cost quoted if we chose to repair the original faucet.

Beacon did an exceptional job. Customer service from scheduling to billing was very good. They had to reschedule this job 2x, but were prompt with updates and owned the issue. Things happen. Customer Service would have been a 5, had it not been for the delays. but again they handled it very well. My biggest gripe is, it was about 2x as expensive as I thought it would be. I did not ask for an estimate up front. I made a ballpark assumption of what it would cost.
