This company was very professional. The communication with the office about arrival times the best I’ve ever had with any company previously. The technicians were top notch experts, they explained everything in detail, they provided options that were adjustable to my needs. The only thing that was truly a downside was the cost. I felt the cost of the labor and the markup on the items being installed was on the high side. The quality of work was top notch. I had both electrical and plumbing work done. Two separate technicians were scheduled a day apart to handle the work. The electrician installed 4 GFCI outlets (one was an alarm sounding outlet on the sump pump), 5 regular outlets, 1 light switch, 2 smoke alarms, a new breaker in the box, and a surge protector on the breaker box. He also checked the polarity on all the outlets and found three that were wired with reverse polarity and corrected them. Cost $2,500. The plumber replaced an outside faucet, replaced the pressure reducing valve on the main water line, replaced a main water shut off valve, installed hammer arrestors on the washing machine water lines and replaced the lines. Cost $2,100.
