Steven and Miguel arrived on time. They were professional and provided a quality install. They adequetly layed tarps and covered furniture throughout. Additionally, they ensured the worksite was clean afterwards.

Steven called first and asked if he could arrive early to start the work.  He went over the things we wanted to have done to make sure we knew what to expect.  He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work.  We are very happy with the services we received from Beacon and we will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I took advantage of Beacon's Angie's List offer for 2 hours of electrical labor  to have receptacles installed in a hallway.  Although the deal called for 2 technicians for an hour, only 1 technician came so I had him for 2 hours.  This was not a problem because I think 2 technicians would have gotten in each others way for such a small job.  The technician, Steven, called before he came and arrived right on time.  He was professional in every way and did such a good job that I added work and had him  install another receptacle in our foyer.  I'm very pleased to find a dependable local electrical service.

They had a special for 2 hours of labor for $119.   The gal I scheduled with was super nice and efficient.  The electrician was right on time and gave me a heads up call when he was like 10 minutes away.  We had a couple of somewhat tricky wiring things we needed troubleshooting on and he literally glanced out it, found the problem and solved it very quickly.   Ended up replacing several outlets, installed a couple of gfci's in the kitchen, a switch and had him install a motion sensor switch.  I had a laundry list of small things and he zipped right through them and with the extra time he then inspected the breaker box and tested all our outlets.  

Steven Moore and Victor Figueroa arrived bright and early that morning. The main task was to replace my rusted electrical box and combine an auxilary box. Victor and SDteve were able to complete some preliminary before shutting off the main power. My wife and I went away for a few hours (mostly to stay warm, after all it was December) when Victor called to say the work was completed and everything was cleaned up. Victor walked me around, showing me what they had done, and went over the list of the full-house-inspection which was included in the special. I had a whole-house surge protector installed. It was recommended by Victor and I was amenable since we had a problem with lost power and a surge when it returned during the last hurricane. I wouold recommend the courteous, personable, and helpful workers, Steve and Victor, and Beacon to anyone.

To my knowledge, the installation was performed correctly. I have not experienced any problems with the fan and it activates as I expect. I haven't seen any leaks. The installation was timely and the only question raised was with regard to the fan size. I selected the base model. The only issue I'd have was the possible upsell.

Unforseen cost of removal charged at time of appointment.  Not mentioned in installation coupon from my memory.  Techs did offer free electrical inspection of house during appointment.  Some trash from demolition left in yard.  Techs friendly.

Victor and crew did a great job and cleaned up pretty well after themselves.

The work turned out fine. They were very friendly and professional.
