I was unable to be present while the work was being accomplished, but technology is a wonderful thing. Using phone, text, and pictures i was able to see it all. I feel foolish for not recalling my technicans name, but I would hire him again in a flash... well not a big electrical one ;). Thank you so very much for a job well done.

I have written to Beacon Electrical about my concerns: Shoddy workmanship and charging for hours not worked. If I receive a satisfactory response from them, I will revise my review to reflect that. UPDATE: I just wrote a lengthy review about how the company addressed my concerns, but it seems to have disappeared.

Very professional and competitively priced. Sam did a great job explaining what was needed and what was not. He additionally pointed out areas that the power company needed to address. I would definitely use them for future work.
