I would like you to know that the service personnel who was sent to my daughters home for the install was beyond professional. He explain to me options that i could take that would be even better than i had envisioned. The Service Technician Mr. Milton is a true believer in providing good customer service. I had some other electrical concerns with the home and we discussed the matter and I will be contacting Beacon Electrical Service again in the near future and hope Beacon provide me with the same quality service. This is my daughters first home and i have informed them that any matter concerning electrical service they are to call Beacon.

Work quality is great, but I paid a lot more for the job performed. If job is not complicated you better hire someone who charges hourly. Was pushing me to buy more services and had to hunt them down for an appointment. Technician showed up almost two hours later than scheduled. And was done in hour and a half. So it turned out super expensive per hour. Can only recommend them for complicated tasks.

The service technician, Milton, was professional and courteous. Additionally, the staff members who handled scheduling were very helpful. I had to reschedule the original appointment, and Beacon Electrical was very good about working with my availability, not forcing me to fit into their schedule. Their pricing was very competitive, and their customer service was outstanding. I will recommend them to others, and if /when I need electrical services in the future. I will contact Beacon first.
