"We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Charlie Prat and Maximum Mechanical. We came home to find our Furnace had gone off. It was 8pm on a Saturday night and the temperature outside was 17 degrees. Not knowing who to call I went to home advisor and hoped to find and emergency number for someone who could help. Charlie did not receive the referral until the next morning, which was a Sunday. He called us at 9am and offered to come out. He stayed for three hours and did everything he could to get our burner going. He diagnosed the problem in just 15 minutes and the rest of the time he spent trying to get the part on a Sunday. He was professional and gave a fair price. I will definitely call on him in the future. He is THE BEST!. On Saturday night when the burner was out we called Michael and Sons because that was the only person I could find with an emergency number. A tech came out at 11pm and was here for 45 min. He diagnosed the problem as the Gas Valve Control. In total the job would have cost me 1k and he couldn't fix it until Tuesday. The problem really was the ignitor and the total price was 431.00 with Charlie Prat. So it just goes to show the big box store is not always the best option. Thanks Again Charlie!!"
