The electricians arrived on time, and were very courteous. They worked cleanly and quickly replaced the broken attic fan. They brought me a photo of some existing roofing issues and a description, so that I could place a call to make those repairs. I would definitely recommend them, and would try them for other electrical work.

Installers were awesome.  Came on time, totally professional and personable.  Very impressed with Beacon Electric.

The job was accomplished in 2 visits first an inspection of the site and then a second visit to accomplish the work. The company took care of all permits and utility requirements including the follow up inspection. The owner did the inspection and did a great job explaining the work to be accomplished and the technician who did the install was courteous and resourceful to work out a few unexpected complications. Overall, a great job and a good experience with the company and its personnel.

We were so very pleased with the work Beacon Electrical when they upgraded our electrical panel at the end of last year, we requsted that they come back out to install connections for TV's in the bedrooms.  We requested Victor and he promptly tackeled our latest request.  We needed to get the bedrooms done in time for guests arriving for our daugher's wedding in August.  Victor is just a delight!  He's got a great harmonious spirit and works very well with explaining what needs to be done or not done.  We like his honesty and great energy.  He did a super job.  Our guests were very happy when they left especially since they had a nice suite like bedroom.  The kids are happy now too with the way the TVs are set up!

Everything was great.  We have dealt with many contractors in the past.  It was refreshing to have things go smoothly.

EXCEPTIONAL!  EXCELLENT!  Mr. Bob Hanlin arranged the work with his team of Victor and Jimmy.  This was a long over due project for us that we had put off for various reasons especially since we started a house renovation and acquired new appliances  When I saw the deal for the ugprade I called and set up an appointment.  My husband met them and walked them through the house and was so delighted after the walk through, he called me immediately to let me know excited he was with their service.  How many times has that happened...not many I assure you.  We scheduled the work the upgrade.  Bob sent his 2 man team of Victor Figueroa and his assistant Jimmy.  We found Victor to be an absolute meticulous worker.  We felt very at ease and were very confident that the work would be well worth the effort.  Victor was so delightfully charming while maintaining a professional commitment to ensure we were completely satisfied.  And I can tell you without a doubt, we are!  So much so we scheduled additional work.  They left little mess considering that they had to cut drywall, which is prefectly acceptable for this type of work.  We higly recommend Beacon Electrical Services and especially Victor to anyone requiring electrical services!!!

Technician Victor Figueroa kept me apprised of his arrival time throughout the day, he was very professional and courteous upon arrival, explained installation and options available and completed the service quickly.

Overalll, Beacon did a very good job. Their proposal and it's presentation was done by their engineer in a very professional manner. Only problem we had was that the technician who was assigned was not fully briefed on all the tasks to be done. Beacon rectified this to our satisfaction immediately. We found them to be very responsive and first rate. We would recommend them highly.

The price was somewhat higher than the coupon indicated because of restrictions on the number of circuits covered, but in the end I also got a whole house surge protector at a discount and felt that total price was reasonable compared to other bids although not the bargain that the coupon made it appear.  In any case, the work was done well and promptly and I have had no problems since.  The lesson learned was to always check for any limits on coupon work before buying.
