They are very professional from the time you request services to the time the project is complete. The techs communicated the details so that I understood what needed to be done and didn't talk over my head. Explained options that were comforting so I wasn't stuck with my amateur ideas which saved me money. when my wife came home from work she was pleased with their work. I will be using this company for my electrical services for a long time. Thank you, Beacon. I have more projects coming so see you soon.

They were very good in communicating when to expect arrival. Because the project before me took longer than anticipated, they had to cancel my first appointment and move mine to the next day. But they let me know so I didn't waste my whole day waiting for them. They arrived first thing the next day and completed the project professionally. I was very pleased with the work. I now have an additional cable jack with the wires hidden behind the wall.
