Bad experience. Over the call i was told one price to fix my problem and later on when their technician arrived he started to say it will cost another added price on top of that. It sounded like fraud to me. If this was the case then they should have cleared this with me over the call in the first time only. I had other offers, i would have chosen someone else. When i asked the technician to talk infront of me over the call he said no. And then they called me and again tried to fool me by saying we will not charge you the money which we said earlier now he will do free estimation and then he will offer options. I did not like this unclear conversation on first call.

My kitchen faucet developed a major leak. I bought a new faucet via Amazon thinking I can always return it if needed. The service I received from Beacon was efficient and pleasant from start to finish. Lots of places promise to call when the service provider is en route and Beacon fully lived up to this promise. Our plumber Cesar from Beacon was courteous, helpful especially in answering all my questions, talking me through options, diagnosing another plumbing issue in my home, and replacing the faucet using the one I’d purchased in advance. An excellent experience from start to finish. Thanks to Angie’s list for helping me find Beacon. Will gladly use Beacon again and highly recommend them and especially Cesar.

Professional and quick Understood the scope of work and didn’t clog the process with unnecessary stressing on details and choices. I wanted a new kitchen faucet and disposal And some other things and that’s what I got the next day. Price was reasonable if not a bit high. But you get what you pay for.

Had a attic fan die after 5 yrs. It was wired incorrectly (not to the thermostat) so it ran all the time. Beacon (local) did wonderful electrical work last fall so I had them come in again. Mr. Friday showed me the issue and did a replacement. Show me how he hooked it up, to the thermostat and job was done in less than an hour. Made a huge mistake with prior national company (guy waving from back of the truck) then reviewed prior work from then and was totally disappointed. Prince William County VA residents will do well with working with Beacon! Very happy customer. Ed.
