Jesse Rosenthal could not have been more accommodating or nicer to work with. He came shortly after our initial contact and was very thorough in his explanation of my options in what I wanted covered by the generator. There was some time between our conversation and the actual installation but when they came his men were very efficient and very helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to install a generator.

Although there were some hiccups regarding scheduling and servicing (some on my part), overall I was quite impressed with Beacon's staff and their competency and professionalism. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Very polite repair person arrived on time and called to say he was on his way.  He did a very professional job of installing the fan and left the area neat and clean when he was finished.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Beacon Electrical Services. We were very pleased with the service. He was excellent. He was responsive, arrived on time and he gave us some notes on what has been changed and what needed to be done. The price is good.

The electircal technician was knowlegeable and very helpful.  He quickly identified the problem behind my "dead" outlets, and solved the problem by replacing the old GFI outlets.  He made recommendations as to what should be added or fixed to conform to code, since I'm planning to sell my house in the future.
