Maurice and his colleague did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, paid close attention to details and did high quality work. Originally we called them to do a few basic fixes that were identified at our home inspection, but during his routine investigation around the house, he found water coming in through the electric panel. Luckily we were able to identify it and fix the root cause before it caused any additional damage. They gave us a range of quotes depending on how much work we wanted to do (safety, priority, nice to have etc.) and were no pressure about picking among them. Gave straightforward and honest assessments. We'd absolutely hire them again.
