Very, very pleased with Beacon.  I have had excellent experiences with Bob, Dee and the electricians.  I was given an 8:00-9:00 am window.  Jimmy called at 7:28 and told me they would arrive right around 8:00, which they did.  They came in, introduced themselves (even wore booties), did a walk through and got to work.  Originally the job was to replace all 24 outlets.  We quickly discovered that many of the outlets were "bootlegged" and not grounded.  Jimmy immediately let me know about this problem (which was obvious to even my untrained eye) as well as the cost to ground each particular outlet.  All the work was done quickly and efficiently.  They cleaned up what little mess had been made and were gone within three hours. I also appreciated that their paperwork is done electronically.  It was so simple and fast -- and I like having the "paperwork" instantly emailed to me, much easier to keep track of my receipts for future reference. Looking forward to working with Beacon again.

They are first class. They do everything right. They arrive on time. If they make a mistake, they correct it. I think they are one of the best electrical contractors I have ever used. I just signed a contract with them.

The guys did great, they were fairly quick, start to Finnish took no more than an hour. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. The install went very smoothly, we did however change out the bulbs with slightly brighter ones to get some more light into our basement. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for other electrical services.

I had five outlets that were not working. They came out to see what was wrong. Apparently when my house was built there was a wire cross, so they fixed that. They left one of the outlets out of the wall. I had to call them back to come put it back in, the did this right away. It was a good experience.

When we bought our house the builder never put a light over the kitchen table.  We called Beacon to come over and pull electrical from the kitchen into the breakfast room so we could finally have a light over our table.  They sent 2 techs for an hour to do the install.  Both guys were very professional, they even covered their shoes with protectors to protect our floors.  They spoke to my husband and gave him options on how to get the job with the least amount of damage to our walls and ceiling.  After discussing the job and the $20 extra in parts (wire and box) they went to their truck to get their tools and the needed parts.  When they got back to the house that was when our hour started.  I was impressed that the time they took to explain everything and give us options to decide on wasn't part of our hour.  When our first option didn't work do to a large header in the wall we didn't know was there, they quickly gave us two other options that would work.  I was very impressed when the first option didn't work they didn't charge that time against our hour.  They said not to worry about it.  Would definitely hire them again!
