Jamie our plumber arrived right on time & very efficiently performed three jobs for us. These included replacing a kitchen disposal, installing a vanity water faucet, flushing the water heater. He patiently explained each task and stayed until all were completed. We were so pleased we've entered into a service contract with Beacon Home Services.

Company was very responsive. Tech was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer as many questions as I wanted. Could not be happier with Beacon. Friendly lady set up my appt. and sent out a personable young man (Mack) to work on multiple projects in 3 areas of my condo. Mack really knows his stuff.
