I had a slow drip ceiling leak that needed attention fairly quickly. They were easy to schedule with and Nestor did a thorough job of fixing my leak at a fair price.

Visit was to fix the kitchen faucet. Told Beacon it was a Grohe faucet requiring a hexagonal wrench and told same to plumber who ignored me. Could not fix the leak and charged me for time. Had him replace another part that I could have replaced before arthritis at 75 years old.
