I enjoyed my experience working with Beacon home services. The communication from the scheduler to the technician was excellent. Timing changes were communicated, and the tech arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained the entire process of the repair from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again.

The service was super quick and friendly and completed beautifully and on time. Scheduling was a breeze and the techs were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They lose a few stars for charging $2,000 for 2 hours for 2 people to complete the work of installing an outdoor GFE outlet and hanging two outdoor speakers. That's $450/hr per person to do the work plus materials.

Beacon has a Responsive office staff and very professional technicians. The project was completed as promised and all the work was clearly explained. Our under cabinet kitchen lighting has been successfully installed and we are very pleased with the results.
