In short, the service went very very well.  Extremely professional and courteous.  Knew exactly what they were talking about.  At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over the guys to make sure they were doing what I asked them to do.  All the electrical is now safe and neatly organized.  I finally feel like I can touch my panel box without having to turn off power to the entire house.

Called within minutes of request to Home advisor -- on a Sunday! Sent a master electrician on a snowy day. Good work, minimum time, cleaned up. Thought $500 was a little pricy just to run a new circuit through a clear attic crawl space.

I had to go in and rewire a couple of sockets so the light switch on the wall would now work for controlling the socket we normally had a light plugged into.

They were very punctual, easy to schedule. Walkthrough and inspection were about an hour and included closet and attic lighting. I received an eight page report with check off items for each room. I also received two estimates for problems identified through the inspection. There was no high pressure sales pitch to schedule that day.

I called Victor and he told me he was sure there was no worry about an electrical fire, but he told me if I was really uncomfortable, I could turn off the breaker. He then set an appointment to come out. He warned me it would be on an emergency call and was very accommodating to tell me the cost upfront and gave me options to correct the problem in cheaper ways. He did come out and look at everything. Within 45 minutes, he identified the problem and fixed it. It cost me the hour service charge, but that’s it! We found there was a loose connection between the fan and the rest of the house. I was so glad this was fixed. The fact they were able to accommodate the concern that I had and work with me was over and above just doing the repair.

They did replace my 200 AMP panel with the new one as per the deal. There were also county permits that had to be purchased and obtained. They also installed a whole house surge protector and they installed a 15 AMP dedicated circuit. They then replaced all the receptacle outlets throughout the whole house.  They did a fantastic job! Victor couldn't have been anymore pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were willing to answer all of my questions and finished the work in a timely manner. They were very hard working and incredibly friendly. I was satisfied with the work and I felt the price for this was acceptable. The big deal coupon was a great deal. 

It turned out ok.  They came out to look and nothing stands out.  There was one technician.  There were no issues.  I didn’t have any extra work done.

It was great. They are timely, helpful and have a great customer service.

Victor was very professional and on time.  He answered all my questions prior to his visit over the phone and then came and did his work.  He showed me exactly where he was going to place the lights and what the lights looked like.  He took care to cover up my furniture and cleaned up any dust he left behind.  He was also very good and took extra precautions around my two toddlers that were very curious about what he was doing. I would definitely hire him again.

Carlos was great. They even brought the correct color and went out of they way to get it done among other crews working at the site. He looked at other potential jobs with a promise to get me a proposal.
