Beacon is Amazing! PERIOD. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Beacon! They exceeded my expectations, and I'm a tough cookie to please. From the first contact to our immense satisfaction with their work - Beacon is a 5-star company - hands down. Sharon contacted us within minutes of our request for service. As home-bound seniors, we had a lot of repairs, complications, and challenges, but Sharon's patience and flexibility was so great. She got us an appointment the very next day. And Courtney was incredibly helpful in answering our tons of questions and getting us set up for our service plan. Milton, the hands-down best electrician in my book, arrived on time with his professional team, and he came prepared to not only fix what we needed, but he also found cost-saving repairs (we didn't even realize we needed) to save us money and headaches in the long run. Best of all, Milton had all the lights and equipment already in his truck to take care of everything that same day! We don't have a lot of money, but Milton didn't hesitate to work with us to get discounts for the repair, and he found cost-effective solutions that we can use for our next service need - which is plumbing. We didn't know Beacon did plumbing too, so we're looking forward to another great experience on that service too! We signed up for the lighthouse club with free inspections for plumbing and electrical and a ton of discounts we can really use. When everything was done, Milton checked to make sure we were 100% happy before he left. Plus, we got a follow up call from the office to make sure we got everything we needed. Love that! We are just immensely satisfied with the service we got from Beacon - I highly, highly recommend this company.

The company was extremely responsive, and a tech was here the next day to replace the motor in a bathroom ventilation fan. In doing so, the tech discovered that the switch controlling the fan had gone bad and replaced that as well. He also looked at the house panel to ensure that everything looked safe and advised me on questions I had about potential projects. Extremely thorough, quick, capably, and friendly!

2 x Ceiling fans installed in new build home with j boxes for ceiling fans already installed. Paid 590 for job. Tech was very professional and had the job done in a couple hours. They were on-site and completed the job within 2 days of my calling them. The timeliness of the appointment and the quality of the job are the highlights. The cost was the only real detractor. They were a bit above other estimates but could fit me in about 3 weeks earlier. I was also in constant communication with Beacon to let me know the eta of the tech.
