My problem of GFI repeatedly tripping was not solved. The moment the crew pulled out an iPad PowerPoint presentation to upsell me on a financing options to totally replace my panel without any explanation as to how that might solve my issue, I knew I needed a second opinion. Second opinion confirmed they were totally off the mark with how to solve the problem. They missed many contributing red flags. Second opinion also confirmed the outlet they charged me to replace was not indeed replaced. Disappointed I wasted time and money hiring this service provider.

Called Beacon for reviewing electrical issue with shortages. They were able to come out the next day and Rebecca was great with scheduling our appointment and keeping us updated on the scheduled arrival time window. Our technician was Jacob and he was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the process; what he was looking at, what he would be doing and why, and was upfront about pricing. We will be using them again for future electrical services.
