The tech did a great job. My disappointment is more with the company itself. I was told they did not give estimates on the phone, but the tech would provide a free estimate when he got there. Then I was presented with 4 different options, with the 4th one being a $59 service visit. I thought the estimate was free? I went with the option to only replace the light fixture, which was the only thing I had actually asked for. The other two options ranged up to $1,000!! Pros: the job was done well, the technician was friendly and cleaned up extremely well after. Cons: pricing is high and it's confusing when you simply want the one thing you asked for completed. I called other places and was given a quote over the phone to replace a light fixture so I'm not sure why this company handles it differently

The best part was the ease of scheduling and the friendliness of the employees, both in the office and on the job. They did a good job and made sure we were pleased before they left. I would hire them again.
