This was a few years ago, so I don't recall all of the experience, but in hindsight there are some plumbing choices made by the technician that are a bit questionable that I'm going to have to have corrected.

Shawn was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us many options for our repairs and when recommending upgrades was not pushy. He also even went to Home Depot for us and got fixtures for us that I picked for the job. Beacon was a also very responsive and prompt. I would definitely trust him with future jobs.

Had a bad experience with Beacon Plumbing. They gave my wife four verbal estimates ranging from $2,881 to $827 with no written quotes. She ended up approving the cheapest option without anything in writing. When I questioned the charge, Beacon refused to provide an itemized receipt and only shared a generic percentage breakdown. I didn?t receive copies of the initial quotes until two days later, after multiple calls and emails. The lack of transparency and inflated pricing felt predatory. I would not recommend them.
