There was a snafu with the service. They didn't show up. We called and they had us marked as "completed". They came out the same day and upgraded our fan install for no additional charge.

The worker did a good job.  He cleaned up very well. He had a good suggestion for wiring. He cut the holes in drywall and saved the cutout pieces so the painter could finish up easily.  I am very happy with the results.

 Great --- the roof exhaust fan seems to be working fan but is so quiet we dont seem to know when it's on? Since installation it has been somewhat cooler so I guess it's not running very much. glad we had it done--I need to remember the check to make sure there are no leaks. The old fan was original installation when house was built in 1977 and lasted all these years! Do hope this one also lasts many years. Victor was great and called in advance to set up an agreeable time. He was efficient, neat, clean and also did a small wire change on a switch that now works correctly.

After purchasing the deal on Angie's list, I was immediately contacted by the company by email to confirm. A few days later, I was called and made an appointment, which was a few weeks later. The day before the appointment, I was called to confirm. The two guys that came to do the work were on time, friendly, and careful about not tracking anything into the house. They did the work efficiently, showed me the fan from both inside and outside once it was installed. They were very helpful and did not push me at all to upgrade the fan. They cleaned up completely when they were finished. I was really pleased with the work they did and they finished way before I thought they would.

we purchased the electrical inspection big deal. Jesse and Victor were early, but called first to ensure early was okay. For us, it wasn't possible to start the inspection early. The gents waited until we were able to allow them to start the inspection, which they did. very professional, very thorough. The men gave recommendations on work needed (we had an idea that some would be needed before we called, but it's good to have confirmation). We decided to continue working with Beacon - please see future reviews for more information.
