"Bill and his partner Alan did an excellent job remodeling our master and guest bathrooms at a very reasonable price. They were incredibly easy to work with from the day that Bill came out to provide an estimate through the completion of the project. Upon arrival at our home each day, Bill would walk me through everything he and Alan intended to accomplish. He always asked questions about the details of each project to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the job. There were absolutely no surprises. Our master bathroom was in really bad shape before the renovation; we had tiles beginning to shift off the walls of the shower because the builder had taken a short-cut, placing tiles directly on standard drywall. This had allowed moisture to seep behind the tiles. When renovating our bathroom, Bill took no such short-cuts. Our bathroom now has a complete Schluter system. Not only does the tile job look fantastic, we also no longer have to worry about mold developing in our bathrooms. Once our master bathroom was complete, we were so happy with the work that we decided to renovate our guest bathroom as well. I selected hexagon tiles for the flooring, which are more complicated to install than square or rectangular tiles. Again, Bill and Alan did an amazing job; the tiles are level and the grout lines are uniform. TL;DR - Excellent craftsmanship at a great value. No compromises on quality of work.Â"

"Manex remodeling is an awesome company. They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we donâ  t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. "They do excellant work. They came when they said they would. Tthey cleaned up every day and left everything looking great. One project involved removing a large wooden structure sunken into the ground, and completely surrounded by flowers and plants to a depth of five feet. They were able to remove the structure without harming a single plant. Not an easy task."

That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way.
