Beacon Hone Services repairman patiently dealt with the stubborn shower valve. They provided options to solve the leaky shower valve and identified other possible issues with the plumbing of the shower. In summary they properly got the job done.
He came to fix the issue but the issue persisted. I asked him to comeback to repair again and He told me that he would have to charge me again. Very disappointed since He committed to solve the issue before.

Maurice reviewed our remodel/construction carefully prior to our upcoming electrical inspection. Found 3 code violations that he fixed immediately. He also installed weather resistant switch and lights in our carport. Melissa coordinated this much needed on-onsite. The contractor sent to my house was NOT a licensed electrician. I was told a free quote was 39.99, that turned to 59.99 when I got the estimate and it was waaaaaay over priced and then wanted me to pay a fee to get a warranty for their work! I would have expected a warranty on his work should have been given to me! I needed the job done right away, he was pleasant and courteous but never again with this company.
Excellent job but must to offer better price. 5 STARS for the performance and the pro... but 3.5 for the price. Thanks!.

I hired Beacon to install an attic fan and route the two exhaust vents from my restrooms outside. With the attic fan, I don't have any complaints. It seems to be working as intended. I cannot say the same for the restroom vents. The tech had to come to my home on three separate days to fix an issue. 1. He had attached the vent pipes in a Y design. Which ended up reducing the fan efficiency and it pushed the steam to the other restroom. It also caused the fan to drip water. 2. He added dampers. Which then blocked the steam from leaving completely. We had to use a dehumidifier to shower. 3. When I finally persuaded then to dedicate a line to each fan. I was charged an additional amount. Unfortunately, my fan STILL drips water. Meaning it was not installed correctly. So, I'm not sure what I as the customer can realistically do but to avoid them. Pictures attached show dripping and the one exhaust port for the two fans. Installed in the eave? Not sure this is code.

The tech was ok and corrected the problem. But this company for this service was in my opinion highly over priced. One of my GFI had tripped which left me with no power to 2 outlets. Problem was found in less than 15 minutes and for that I was charged $149. Which I found to be outrageous. Will not be using them again
