They were actually really good (technicians), BUT, they provided a quote based on the worst-case scenario with an agreed on price adjustment if the job was easier. The work ended up being a very simple and straight forward job. The job was to pull a 20A line from the basement to the garage and leave a junction box. Ended up it was the best case scenario were I had an easy pull across the basement ceiling due to existing duct work, requiring no sheetrock or any other penetration. It took them less than an hour. Owners were not willing to adjust cost per original expectations.
