After experiencing a lightning strike, we had several issues. Nelson from Beacon Electrical came out and was able to quickly find the issues and suggest the repairs. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. All repairs where done to our expectation and satisfaction.

Milton Iraheta was very professional, patient, smart and detail oriented. I was very concerned of the issues at home and he guided me on what to do. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. I was very impressed of your company about how good was your customer service since the time I called. Once the technician arrived I was even more impressed of the quality of the work. I also was given 10 years warranty so that was amazing. You have a very good employee in your company. Well trained electrician arrived on time, offered a fair price, and installed a dedicated outlet for our new sump pump right on the spot. Haven't had the final inspection from the County yet, but the work looks very professional.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy and the representative was helpful and pleasant. The electrician performing the job, Nelson, was great. He is very polite, professional, and finished the job faster than expected. The only, quite minor complaint I'd have is that he had to come back once because he forgot to seal one hole and left some equipment behind. Also, he could have done a better job cleaning up after himself. Nonetheless, we were very pleased with the quality of his work. One more aspect I want to mention is the overall communication with the company, which was outstanding. I got frequent updates regarding my appointments, and always knew what was supposed to happen, when, and by whom. I will happily go with this company again.
