The electrician, Sam, was great! Knew what he was doing, did it quickly and was informative and friendly the whole time. Very friendly and helpful office/dispatch staff set up the appointment and confirmed it ahead of the visit. I am not normally willing to recommend anything to anyone, regardless of my personal experience, but I would make an exception for Beacon and give a glowing recommendation!
