My realtor was impressed and stated she would use his services for other clients. And his pricing was the best all around. $400 for an almost 1900 sqft home. That was an awesome rate. His inspection report was detailed with pictures and arrows pointing to specific things as well as descriptions. Thank you for the piece of mind, knowing everything was covered."
