"I found this company on Angieâ s List and requested contact. Steve quickly returned my call and arrived promptly on the day of the scheduled home inspection. He presented as knowledgeable, sincere and pleasant.. With us tagging along, Steve did a comprehensive inspection of the interior and exterior of the house including the roof, foundation, plumbing and electrical systems, air conditioning unit, yard, and the driveway. Steve identified some problems that we were already aware of and others that we were unaware of. He also alerted us to situations that didnâ t require immediate attention but should be addressed in order to avoid future problems (for ex. regrading the soil alongside some sections of the foundation to avoid water potentially entering the basement). Steve was very efficient, taking pictures as he went along and entering narrative into an online report. He also explained things to us and answered our questions along the way. At the end of the inspection, he emailed us his 42-page completed inspection report and invited us to contact him if we had further questions. Since Steve had also completed a termite inspection, he provided us with a formal written termite inspection report before leaving. We would highly recommend this company /Steve for home and termite inspection services!"
