That was very admirable to me because I heard from so many of my family and friends that didn't use Blackwell Roofing how difficult it was for them to get a hold of their contractor timely. I never had that issue with Blackwell. Scott was very informative and helped me with any decisions I needed help with when it came to my roof and gutters. He always explained things very clearly and even sent me links to articles that would help explain things in more detail. If I was ever unsure of something, he always gave me his best recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He stopped by multiple times during the entire process to make sure everything was done correctly and timely, always checking in with me. He even made sure to make extra stops after the roof was placed to do multiple walk-arounds, making sure all nails were picked up. Scott Blackwell truly does go above and beyond. I love my roof, gutters, and paint. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. I know I will continue to use him for anything in the future and I highly recommend him to everyone I know.
