Inspection - General Home (Home Inspector)
"Rich and Melissa were excellent to work with. I was working in a very tight timeframe and not only were they onsite within 2 days of my initial inquiry, but also arranged a septic inspection company to join on the same day (alleviating a lot of stress off my shoulders). The day of the inspection Rich explained the whole process, let me walk with him as he inspected, and explained every detail he was adding to the report. The report was sent over the next day as promised and Rich has been reachable ever since to answer any questions that may come up. He even went over the top and sent all full quality photos from the inspection via Google Drive upon my request. Great company, great people! Highly recommended!"

"The appraisal was done within a day of contacting the appraiser, and I got the report at the beginning of the next week (3 days later). It seems well done to me and was done quickly for a good price; I would definitely recommend them."

"They did the job after one of our snowfalls which I thought was amazing as it looked somewhat difficult in the conditions they were working in. Very pleasant to deal with."
