After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. The other reviews are spot on, not some paid-for reviews. He earned his 5 stars. I cannot day enough good things about him. I definitely recommend him without hesitation!"

"They quickly visited on site and evaluated the issue. We just bought our new place and the air quality test showed that we needed air source cleaning. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough. Biocide followed that up with a microbial sanitizing treatment and the tech was on time, professional and fairly quick. Overall pleased with the service."
