He proceeded to explain the issues that he discovered and the process involved with remediating those issues. In my case, it involved removal of sheathing from the upper level of the main house where mold was discovered due to inadequate ventilation. He explained the different roofing and underlayment options and how his Team carried out their work. Diego was very forthcoming with status updates both prior to the work (material and dumpster), weather updates and during the re-roofing process. His updates included before and after pictures and any recommendations after completion. All in all, my experience with Upper Level Construction was exceptional and I would highly recommend them."
