We had ill-fitting vent covers which they also replaced - cut to size and painted to match. I was also given advice on how to prevent mold in the future which includes duct cleaning and simply repositioning some furniture and a humidifier. We also hired them in 2019 to remove mold after a basement flood. They cut out some drywall, and we haven?t had problems since. Mastercat was responsive to my request for a quote. They replied to me, came to assess AND completed work all in the same week. A team of 2 worked in our home and the job was completed in about half a day. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after. They do honest work and the quote did not increase much, and when I was asked about replacing vent covers, they researched cost and asked me to approve before purchasing. I would absolutely hire them again but hope I don?t have to!"
