He is been working with us on the roof since then, and I appreciate all of his hard work. He has been vital in getting the claim approved and dealing with our insurance where they made mistakes from the day we filed. First they filed our claim wrong and then there has been issues from there with Texas Fair Plan but he has done great getting things straightened out, and phenomenal on our roof once it was approved.
