A week after the roof permit was applied for, Upper Level received an expedited permit and was on the roof the next day replacing the roof. Upper Level arrived with a large crew and all the latest equipment needed to tear off the old roof and install the new roof in one day, with all the latest roofing products on the market. UL providing me with a 30 year manufacturer's warranty. I back up my review with over 40 years construction experience as a construction project manager The workmanship was the highest quality. "The crew was prompt, courteous, professional, used iPads and eInvoicing and eReceipts...modern tools. They showed me siding samples at the time of quote, gave firm fixed pricing, including lumber (the costs of which is sky high right now). They showed up on time with the same friendly crew that I met earlier. Their work was beautiful and they left my garage and driveway cleaner than it was when they started. They specialize in siding, roofing and gutters. They don't try to do it all, and I appreciate that when I asked if they do interior work, they said no, that they prefer to stick to what they do best. That focus is important. I prefer a company that doesn't necessarily try to take on something they wouldn't do as well just to get more business. I respect that. 10/10 would hire again ...but hopefully won't need to :)"
